Located in Downtown St. Petersburg Florida. Our client asked us to build a custom wine cellar. We designed a luxurious work of art for him to display his vast collection. The wine cellar is climate controlled to 50-52’F and humidity controlled with back lit walnut panels. In the office off the hall, we installed Smart Glass for instant privacy for when extra room is needed the open glass office can become a bedroom.
